Scott built 2 bathrooms at my place about 1 year ago. They are both extremely fantastic. Beautiful in craftmanship and style. He designed the whole thing himself and fitted in extra features into small spaces. When the toilet seat failed be came back within a few days to replace it free of charge for a different model. He offers exceptional service, is friendly, punctual, pleasant to have around the house, explains everything in as much detail or as little as you want. Highly recommend. Scott completed our 3-bathroom renovations for us. The job was complex with pipes being moved under the floors and the vanity toilet being moved. Scott had to think outside the box and he always came up with a solution. Generation plumbing recently completed a full bathroom renovation for us. We bought our first home, which had an aged bathroom including a long-term leak from the shower. They removed and disposed of the old bathroom and fitted the room – the result being a beautiful bathroom! We had some big asks. We extended the size of the room, changed our shower to a bath and moved location the vanity and toilet to start with! Scott was great to work with along the whole journey, acting as both our project manager and plumber. He helped us select the new parts for the bathroom, organised all the trades on our behalf and worked with us while we had a custom vanity designed for the space. We felt we were in trustworthy hands the whole way through the project. We are beyond pleased with the work he did, and the project came in on time and on budget.
